Definitions

The Author
In relation to the stories, text and ideas involving or featuring the Wulfbertie Characters - Barbara Joan Tucker
In relation to all images of or featuring the Wulfbertie Characters - Paul Evans
In relation to all images marked with a source of a website - the authors of, or references on that website.
In relation to all other IPR - Ian Tucker.
IPR
All intellectual property rights in any and all jurisdictions associated with, existing in (or on), published via or accessed via or connected with any of the content of the Sites, including, without limitation, rights to be identified as author, creator or originator of all original work, all copyright or associated rights in images, data, lay-out and content and all image rights
The Sites
All domains hosted under the names Tilebury.com and Wulfbertie.com and all pages and subdomains associated with those domains.
The Wulfbertie Characters
The character of Wulfbertie (Wulfbert of Dene) and all other characters referred to or described in stories featuring Wulfbertie.

    IPR

  1. Each Author asserts all rights of ownership of the IPR and to be recognised as owning the IPR.
  2. All use of the IPR other than to view on or through the Sites is prohibited without the express written permission of the Author.
  3. No person shall hold him, her or itself out as having any right to the IPR other than the Authors.
  4. Data

  5. Visitors to the Sites consent to the retention and use by the Authors and the owner of the Sites of any and all data and metadata associated with their accessing of the Sites including all information arising from tracking such access by use of cookies or otherwise.
  6. Any and all data actively entered into the Sites or contained in communications originating from the Sites may be maintained by the Authors and the owner of the Sites for use in marketing, sales or contact with the individuals entering such data.
  7. Law and Jurisdiction

  8. This Legal Notice and the use of all content on the Sites is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  9. All users of the Sites agree that their activities in relation to the IPR on the Sites is subject to English law and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any disputes arising from or connected in any way with such use.
  10. The Author is not prepared to refer disputes to ADR.
